Background

Viktoriia Shaykhian took over the renowned cosmetics studio in Lucerne in November 2025 and wanted to establish a fresh, independent identity with the new brand «She’s Nails & Beauty» – minimalist, premium, and defined by the spirit of «Quiet Luxury».

Implementation

Swissware IT accompanied the project from initial concept to launch, taking responsibility for all digital aspects:

• Corporate Identity: Development of a complete brand identity – colour palette with gold accents (#C9A961), typography concept, and a consistent visual language built on refined elegance.
• WordPress Website: Multi-page website with service overview, location information, about page, contact section, and a customer portal for self-managed appointment handling.
• Online Booking System: Integrated booking system with automatic customer notifications – fully designed in the brand's CI.
• Email Design: Custom email templates (booking confirmation, reminders, etc.) in the brand's visual style.
• Domains & Hosting: Domain registration, email address setup, and reliable hosting with regular updates.

Result

She’s Nails & Beauty now has a professional, fully independent web presence – with no dependency on booking platforms or monthly subscription costs. The owner can manage content herself, and the entire digital presence reflects the studio’s commitment to quality.
