Complete Web Presence for She's Nails & Beauty

Background

Viktoriia Shaykhian took over the renowned cosmetics studio in Lucerne in November 2025 and wanted to establish a fresh, independent identity with the new brand «She's Nails & Beauty» – minimalist, premium, and defined by the spirit of «Quiet Luxury».

Implementation

Swissware IT accompanied the project from initial concept to launch, taking responsibility for all digital aspects:

• Corporate Identity: Development of a complete brand identity – colour palette with gold accents (#C9A961), typography concept, and a consistent visual language built on refined elegance.
• WordPress Website: Multi-page website with service overview, location information, about page, contact section, and a customer portal for self-managed appointment handling.
• Online Booking System: Integrated booking system with automatic customer notifications – fully designed in the brand's CI.
• Booking App: A custom-built app for appointment management directly from a smartphone – featuring a calendar view, customer list, booking details, and statistics at a glance.
• Email Design: Custom email templates (booking confirmation, reminders, etc.) in the brand's visual style.
• Domains & Hosting: Domain registration, email address setup, and reliable hosting with regular updates.

Result

She's Nails & Beauty now has a professional, fully independent web presence – with no dependency on booking platforms or monthly subscription costs. The owner manages her appointments conveniently via the booking app, maintains content herself, and the entire digital presence reflects the studio's commitment to quality.
