For the well-established car dealership alour AG, based in Oftringen, Swissware IT developed a web presence that unites pre-owned vehicles, consulting, and customer contact in a clear, professional design. The challenge was to translate the existing company DNA – personal, honest, experienced – into a digital experience that is immediately understandable, appealing, and functional for customers. The result is a website that informs, inspires, and converts – while maximally simplifying technical processes in the background.

What We Delivered

Automatic Vehicle Integration via Autoscout

Vehicle listings are pulled directly and automatically from Autoscout and displayed responsively on the website. No duplicate data entry, no manual effort – the listing on Autoscout is simultaneously the listing on the dealership’s own website. Always current, always complete, always in sync.

Digital Purchase Inquiry Form

Prospective buyers can enter their vehicle details via a structured form and request an offer directly – quickly, digitally, and without a phone call. The form was tailored specifically to alour’s inquiry flow and noticeably reduces administrative workload in day-to-day operations.

WhatsApp Widget for Direct Customer Communication

A permanently visible WhatsApp widget allows visitors to get in touch with the alour team directly and without detours – exactly how people communicate today. Simple, contemporary, and optimised for mobile.

Design, Colour Concept and User Journey

The colour scheme and typography were proposed by Swissware IT, agreed with the client, and consistently integrated into the web design. In addition, Swissware IT provided comprehensive advice on user navigation: Where are the calls-to-action placed? How is the inquiry flow structured? What does a visitor need to see first?

Training for Independent Content Management

The alour AG team was trained to manage content, pages, and offers independently – using a clearly structured WordPress solution that requires no technical prior knowledge. Independence rather than permanent reliance on a service provider.
